Shipping, Refund and Exchange Policy

Shipping in Singapore:

  • Shipping is free for orders of more than S$100 for deliveries within Singapore.
  • Shipping charges for orders of S$100 and below for deliveries within Singapore is S$2.99.
  • Orders made before 11am from Mondays to Fridays will be processed and sent out the following business day. It may take 2 to 3 working days for your purchases to be delivered. 
  • If you would like to request for specific delivery dates, please let us know at the ‘Remarks’ section of the shopping cart before you check-out. 
  • Deliveries are made between 12pm to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

International Shipping:

  • All International Orders are delivered via EMS Courier.
  • Order usually arrives within 3 to 10 business days after the shipping date.
  • Shipments outside Singapore may be subject to import duties, VAT and other taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund and Exchange

We take great pride in providing our customers with high quality products and services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’re happy to assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

You may return items purchased through www.recherche-skincare.com within 7 days from the date of purchase for a refund. However, the original shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Refund or Exchange Procedure for Singapore Orders Only

Method I – Item Pick-Up from your preferred location

Request to schedule the pick-up of item/s for return or exchange by sending an email to admin@recherche-skincare.com. Please state the Order Number in your email.

You will bear the standard return shipping cost of S$8.

· Customers will receive the refund once we received the returned item.

Method II – Mail it to us

Customers will receive their refund or the new item within thirty (30) weeks; this time period includes the transit time for us to receive the returned item/s (2 to 3 business days) and the transit time for you to receive your refund or the new item (2 to 3 business days).

Refund Procedure for International Orders

Customers will bear the shipping cost for returns/exchanges.

Send us an email stating your Order Number and items to return.

Mail the items back including a copy of the Invoice.

We will issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the purchase date. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.

It may takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
